Getting to know Dr. Sharon Karki
I work with individuals across the lifespan, addressing anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, psychosis, and sleep disorders. As a board-certified psychiatrist with subspecialty training in child and adolescent psychiatry, I use evidence-based medicine to develop comprehensive treatment plans that reflect each individual’s needs and family dynamics. My practice also includes administering CARS evaluations for individuals 17 years and under to support accurate assessment and early intervention.
My approach prioritizes stigma reduction and improved access to care, especially for young people, and is grounded in the belief that mental wellness is foundational to physical health and overall well-being. We love working with Dr. Karki. She is so kind, caring and knowledgeable! She's been able to help our young teenager with a new ADHD diagnosis and depression.

I was disappointed by the lack of follow up. The provider prescribed a medication that my pharmacy never received. I messaged via the patient portal, no response. I then called the office and spoke to someone, and again no response.

I'm very excited about working with Dr. Karki! I'm a bit disappointed with the testing team she's referred me to. They are hard to work with, and I have to go to 3 appointments with them before they will send results back to Geode Health
