Sharon was fantastic! Very knowledgeable about hyper mobility/Ehlers Danlos and definitely recommend going to her(or others in the office that are EDS knowledgeable). This is a much needed place for both zebras and those who think they may be zebras to be heard, seen and taken seriously! The staff at Gorman Medical were wonderful! The MA was friendly and made me feel super comfortable. Sharon took the time to actually listen to me and offer solutions! She had amazing bedside manner and made me feel right at home. I would highly recommend them.

I had a booked and confirmed appointment, only to be told by the office had me down for the next day. I showed my confirmation texts and the app but was dismissed with no sense of apology or reassurance this won't happen again.

I brag about them to my friends. Zebras get used to being ignored or rejected, but everyone here listens and takes me seriously. I've actually made progress and gotten healthier! They care about health in a holistic manner, and if I've got something going on that they don't address, they help me find providers who can. I actually feel like they care about me as a person, and don't just see me as a problem to solve.

They asked that I arrive 30 minutes prior to my appointment. It seemed a little excessive as I had already submitted all of my paperwork and id cards. They just needed my copay and that hardly justified the extra 30 minutes. Thst said, they did call me in right at the start time of my appointment so I didn't have to wait more than that.
I also noticed as I left that the very limited seating area was packed full, leaving some folks to stand outside the office door. I'm not sure if that's a regular occurrence.

We enjoyed Dr Mitchell’s visit. I had specific things I was needing for my son, and she has since followed through with getting those sent in.
My only complaint was the cleanliness of the waiting room. The windows were filthy with lots of hand prints all over them. Also the clinic also deals with pain management so some of the clientele weren’t the nicest looking people.
Overall, provider was great, but office needs to step it up.
