About Sharon Pagan

Sharon Pagan, FNP, FNP-BC, is a family nurse practitioner with a Master’s in Family Nursing from Chamberlain University and a Bachelor’s degree from Seton Hall University. She has 10 years of supervised experience as director of nursing for an ambulatory endo-surgical center, where she successfully completed a New Jersey Department of Health inspection walkthrough under a strict time limit. With 17 years of emergency nursing experience, Sharon also worked as an emergency nurse at a level one trauma unit at University Hospital in Newark, New Jersey. As a bilingual family nurse practitioner fluent in English and Spanish, she has provided exceptional care to patients in Secaucus, New Jersey, for the past five years. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she demonstrated resilience by working under pressure and adapting to stressful environments, always committed to the healthcare needs of both the company and patient population. Sharon is dedicated to the wellness of every patient across the general and family population, serving all ages from newborns and up. She strives to promote an environment that enhances patient experiences, cultivates strong relationships, and delivers the best possible care—something she truly believes in. She loves listening to her patients and managing their healthcare needs. Compassionate and a strong patient advocate, Sharon believes in spending quality time with each patient.
