Seems like everything is out of my way so no fault here. My in network tends to only cover up north. I have to leave early then double back to catch my vanpool makes for a hectic morning. Office was clean, parking easy, friendly, seemed knowledgeable. I rarely ever see a doctor but she was not once entering notes into a computer to get answers as I have seen before. I do not like throwing drugs at guesses. I like a doctor who listens. asks questions and knows enough to not be consulting a computer or AI lol.

It wasn't a big deal but zocdoc made a scheduling error, so I wasn't put down as a new patient having an appointment when zocdoc said I would. No worries, because a nurse pract. was there to help me out. I scheduled with Dr. Tong 2 weeks out, and everything was smooth as maple syrup.
Everyone was polite, nice, and accommodating and made sure my concerns were heard, and the nurse really understood the things I was telling her and seemed to actually care! What a breath of fresh air that was in the medical industry!!!! I absolutely recommend this practice! They all insurance, medicaid, medicare and everything else.
