Dr. Wilkes was wonderful. Her assistant was also great. Everything was explained very well to me, much more than other doctors in the past. Great culture and a nicely run efficient office. Very happy to have found her, and she's close by as well, so added plus!

After waiting 1hr30mns to see the provider, she wasn't surprised or apologized for the long wait and said it was a normal waiting time for her and careless about my concerns. She needs to work on her time management. That's my second appointment and this happens both time. My advise for her is that if 30mns is not enough to communicate and listen to your patients each, make your availability every 45mns to one hour to book appointment with you. After my appointment, the front desk charged me a high copay. I should have known that before hand, not to wait until the last minute. Very poor communication skills. Treat your patients better. I also work in the Healthcare system. Can't tell me that's how it works. Very unprofessional getto manners!!

I’ve have been to many dermatologist in my past and never had any good luck but speaking with her just melting in my heart it made me feel seen and heard and I’m so appreciative. I really hope everything I have works out and help me with my confidence.

I was apprehensive about going into the appointment because of a previous experience with another dermatologist. However, I was very impressed and enjoyed the visit with Dr. Wilkes. The receptionist was a little busy as it seemed that she was by herself, but she moved everybody through pretty quickly and I was seen within 15 minutes of my arrival. The nurse that took my preliminary information once in the room was very nice. Then when Dr. Wilks came in, she was pleasantly cheerful, warm and very friendly. She was very detailed when speaking with me, and she explained what my problem areas were and how what she was prescribing was going to help.
One of the best doctor visits I’ve had in a very long time!
