What should a new client know about working with you?

The quality of care and treatment outcome depends on the therapeutic relationship between provider and patient. I build warm, encouraging relationships with my patients and empower them to manage their mental health actively. I provide medication management and therapy using CBT, motivational interviewing, and solutions-based therapy.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I aim to create a safe and non-judgmental environment for my clients where they feel comfortable sharing their true selves, struggles, and aspirations. Once we conduct a comprehensive assessment and agree on a treatment plan, we can collaborate to reach your goals using a holistic approach.
