Shay and the staff were amazing! It’s been awhile since I was able to see a ogyn due to school and insurance. They were very knowledgeable and helpful and made me feel comfortable.

Dr. Shawanda Marshall is wonderful , very patient, professional, and personable. She explained each step of the exam and made the visit comfortable and stress-free.
The clinic is located within the hospital, which may be a little confusing to find at first, but once located the process was smooth. I would definitely recommend her.

Everyone greeted me with a smile . The office was very clean and the check-in process was smooth. The health history forms I completed on-line didn’t transfer over so I had to re-do them during the visit (no biggie) that process is also pretty straight forward . This was my first time here since switching providers and I was expecting to see the provider I scheduled with to establish care with her but instead unknowingly I was seen by her student. She came in at the last 10 mins or so to guide her during my pap and to recap everything I told the student. I’m not opposed to students but for a new pt I would have rather had my first appointment with my provider to get to know her vs her student since that is what my insurance will be billed for as well . Her student was very sweet , kind and knowledgeable though . They both were personable as well. Overall I felt comfortable as opposed to my other experiences. Would still continue care.

I scheduled an IUD removal. All of the office staff I interacted with were kind and very helpful. Shawanda was super sweet and funny which helped because I was anxious about getting the removal done. It turned out to have perforated my cervix (yikes) but I was still able to get it removed and I was communicated with the entire time. The removal turned out to be painless! I really appreciated how at ease I was. I also got a script for new birth control, which I wasn’t expecting but very satisfied with.
