He also holds board certification in family medicine. Dr. Hamm further specialized by completing fellowship training in addiction medicine at the University of Tennessee, Memphis. He became dedicated to addiction medicine through witnessing the impact of substance and alcohol use disorders (SUD/AUD) on close friends and experiencing firsthand the positive influence a skilled physician can have on patients with addiction.
