The receptionist amanda was so informative with all the information consisting with concerning the following up appt and other service provides to assist with my daughter care . The staff was so delightful and according to my daughter care today. The staff made us feel so welcome.”

Dr Hong is very friendly and professional. However, the facility is run by seemingly nobody. I can't get ahold of anyone post appointment. Getting to the office was unclear as the location is listed as lower level but there is no signage indicating where lower level is. There is no email or online portal or anything from the 21st century for medical records or referrals
The referral coordinator just makes a phone call on your behalf should you know exactly where & when you'd like to be seen but I don't personally know any radiologists or where they're located. I thought that was the point of the coordinator; to provide me that information.
The phones don't work. If you call the office during business hours, a recording tells you to call during business hours and sends you to an operator who tells you to call the same number you just called. So, I have no way of knowing my test results until my next scheduled appointment which is in 6 weeks. Which is ridiculous and pointless.
