In 1997, Dr. Keegan founded Keegan Chiropractic in Sterling, VA. He is a member of the American Chiropractic Association and serves as District Director of the Unified Virginia Chiropractic Association. Originally established in Sterling, the practice relocated to Ashburn in 2008.
