Not going back. This was a new practitioner and my first visit. I went to the wrong building and then the wrong office and was late but thought i still had time. A young unapologetic girl at reception played with her hair while casually telling me I wouldn't be seeing the doctor today. I said, "I'm sorry I thought my appointment was at 11:30, not 11:15. Is there any way I can see her anyway?" The receptionist twirled her hair and said "No. You were 15 minutes late and each appointment is 15 minutes so you missed your whole appointment." Really, I thought. I'm a brand new patient and there'd be no intake to get my medical history? No discussion to see if I had any issues or concerns? Just spread your legs, take the culture and good-bye? I don't think so. Upset, I said, "Well, I don't like pap smears anyway so I guess I won'tbe getting one." She couldn't care less. I walked out. Probably good I was late. This place is a factory.

I was running about 40 minutes late & was still seen very quickly. The wait time was less than 15 min. The reception staff was friendly & the NP had great bedside manner & was thorough. Parking was good as well. Therefore, I'd highly recommend this place.

I am so glad that I found a really nice gyno. Dr. Michelle was kind, sweet and made me feel very comfortable. Even though I’m a 27 yr old women - I tend to be super shy and to myself but she made me feel comfortable and that’s great. Thank you so much. The office was super clean and I didn’t have to wait a long time. Even though it’s far from me I think I’ll keep coming back lol it’s worth the uber ride.

Dr. Shawnlee Hutchinson-Mitchell exceeded my expectations by far. I went in today with many questions and concerns. She was patient with me and listened to each and every symptom I was experiencing. She made me feel comfortable in expressing my concerns with great care, grace and understanding. My entire experience was pleasant, from the gentleman at the sign in desk, to the receptionists, to the attendant who took my vitals. Every one played a role in making my experience so much more enjoyable.

The atmosphere was very friendly. The receptionist were very friendly would be welcoming. They answered all my questions they called me for reminder. I was also text about a reminder also , the nurse very nice. I was very nervous. I’m getting the pap test doctor made me laugh. The nurse also calm me down from getting anxiety and honestly, I forgot that I was getting a pap test because I was laughing. I recommend this office. I just recommended to two of my coworkers.
