About Dr. Sheba Naqvi
Dr. Sheba Naqvi is a board-certified Family Physician with over ten years of experience serving patients in the greater Atlanta area. She earned her Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery from Dow Medical College and completed her Residency in Family Medicine at North Central Texas Medical Foundation. Dr. Sheba enjoys caring for patients of all ages.
Baldridge Family Practice is a new medical clinic located in Cumming, GA, opposite Costco on Exit 15. We offer the convenience of walk-ins as well as appointments for annual physicals, sick visits, prescription refills, Pap smears, STD checks, weight loss medications, DOT physicals, immigration physicals, sports physicals, Vitamin B12 injections, and many other services.
Policy on Cancellation: BRFP requires 24-hour notice for all cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Missed appointments are subject to a $25.00 missed appointment fee.
