The office staff was mandating I made this doc my PCP before my visit.
Hours After my appointment, they called and demanded I email my insurance card to them promptly.
After informing them that I already give them that information, they said that it got deleted.
The person on the phone was rude and abrupt.
The doctor is grea?t!
The office staff leaves a lot more to be desired.
