I made appointment on Friday for Saturday. Right from the beginning I was texted from more information and filling out forms which I did. Late Friday night got the message for the appointment with the links to go to the video visit.
Had the appointment on Saturday. The doctor great, amazing!
Then I got the text message on Monday that my insurance is not accepted and I'm going to have to pay out of pocket for the appointment that I had two days prior.
Didn't really pay attention to it until I got the email 3 days later saying you have a new bill in the patient portal You owe the out of pocket price now!
It's a shame that the practice is so incompetent because the doctor is amazing. I basically went back and forth with the office saying you will not get money from me. It was bait and switch You did not tell me my insurance was not accepted until after I had the appointment.

Super unprofessional. My appointment wad canceled/rescheduled twice by the office. On the day of my rescheduled appointment, I waited in the virtual waiting room for 30+ minutes but was never seen by the provider. The office was at least responsive over text and letting me know they are attempting to connect with the Dr., to no avail.
