Getting to know Sheena Witmer

Hello, I am a dual certified Nurse Practitioner with board certifications in Women's health and Psychiatric Mental health. I've worked very hard to understand feelings that we all have and why our emotions guide our behaviors. I want to improve the lives of my patients by helping them understand these principles in their own lives and in the lives of those around them! OUR FIRST SESSION First session are very informal and I would really like to get to know them and allow them to get to know me. Together we will develop a plan to address what ever needs that led them to here. I really want each patient to feel comfortable and confident that together we will work on what ever needs and issues that have led them to seeking out assistance. Intake forms are required to be completed prior to first appointment. I also will not complete FMLA or leave of absence paperwork after first visits with a client. I will however complete needed paperwork for existing clients but charge a small fee to fill paperwork out and require one week notice on all required forms.
