“Sheila was awesome. I live in New Hampshire and she has a doctor out of Connecticut and New York and she was able to treat me with so much kindness and compassion along with accuracy and efficiency she’s very easy to communicate with through cell phone and provided me with much-needed guidance to helping my problem not only with medication but with therapy/lifestyle techniques I was not aware of. I highly highly recommend her. She provided a great video patient interaction, fast service and was clearly very knowledgeable about my condition.”

What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach is holistic, I strive to address the root of a person's problems and not just treat the symptoms. I guide the patient to explore different modalities to release the places where they are stuck. I give them tools to help themselves. I am available in between sessions if need be.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I take a basic history of the presenting problem to be addressed in treatment. I get a detailed history of the early childhood , adolescence, young adulthood, family relationships, medical and psychiatric history of the family members. I ask about any major losses, traumatic experiences, big or small, medical issues etc.. We discuss the major goals of the treatment., and the best way to achieve those goals.
