Getting to know Sheilah Liech
Are you feeling sad, helpless, anxious, or overwhelmed? I am here to help and am currently accepting NEW patients. I see clients across the lifespan, starting from age 5, who are struggling with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, psychosis, and sleep problems.
I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a Post-Master's Certificate in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing from The University of Texas at Arlington. I utilize my practice experience to help patients improve their quality of life and reduce symptoms. I provide holistic, evidence-based, and individualized care to help clients achieve optimal mental health and wellness.
It is my passion and privilege to support people struggling with behavioral health conditions. I look forward to meeting and partnering with you on your journey to mental health and wellness.

My goal is not only to prescribe medication, but to partner with you to live a happy and fulfilling live.

The first session is focused on getting to know you and the specific challenges you are facing. Then we will work together to create a plan that is specific to your needs.
