About Shelby Bohm
Shelby is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She graduated with a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Colorado. Additionally, she has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Bryan College of Health Sciences and a dual minor in Biomedical Sciences and Public Health. She has medical experience in Trauma Intensive Care, Medical-Surgical Intensive Care, Neurological Intensive Care, and Cardiovascular Intensive Care. As a Nurse Practitioner, she particularly enjoys building patient relationships to encourage and foster improved health and optimize her patients’ overall quality of life. Shelby loves primary care because it is always different. She enjoys practicing preventative medicine, women’s health, cardiology, and the management of chronic conditions. In her spare time, Shelby enjoys reading, running, and gardening. Additionally, as a Colorado native, she enjoys taking advantage of all the outdoor activities Colorado has to offer.

Dr. Bohm was professional and kind. She actively listened and I didn't feel like I was being rushed out of the office (like a lot of doctors tend to make you feel). She provided good recommendations and a game plan on recovery. Definitely was impressed and would recommend her.

I had a great experience with Shelby and came away very impressed with the overall quality of the practice.
Shelby was quick, but thorough. After relocating from out of state, I was worried about how difficult it would be to move over some of my prescriptions, but Shelby listened to my needs and we came up with a plan on how to best address them in short order.
The staff overall was extremely pleasant to interact with.

amazing christy & lorissa I got in early today for my appointment Betiel was wonderful with calming me down when I was told my appointment was cancelled Just a 1-time mix-up! after I got off work early. She also was very friendly in welcoming back for my return 6 wks later which is today. I love my N.P. Shelby B. sweet informative very patient Great service Great people!

Literally the best overall experience I've had at a doctor's office. Shelby was so nice and is such a great listener! I felt comfortable with her almost instantly. Just so nice, which honestly was so refreshing. I feel like I got so lucky finding her. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the welcoming and warm staff (which shocking for a typical doctor's office so I was impressed). Was seen right on time and overall had a pleasant experience!

Dr. Shelby is incredible, I've seen her twice now and she's so kind and attentive. She listens to everything I have to say and is very knowledgeable about everything medical. She took one look at my problem and came up with a solution that 3 other providers haven't been able to - if it doesn't work, her office set up a follow-up appointment to try other treatment. I love Dr. Shelby and I'd recommend her to anybody - just don't book her up too much so I can still get in with her lol!!

This was a super easy and straightforward office visit. Shelby was very welcoming and kind. She listened to my concerns and help find solutions that worked for me. The rest of the office staff was great as well. While I was there their clientele seemed on the younger side, and so did most of the providers. I was in need of a new primary care office and definitely think I have found it! The office itself was nice and the location is very convenient.

Overall was a 10/10 would see her again. Shelby was very relatable and offered me education on a topic I wanted to learn more about. Not only that but she didn’t disregard my symptoms and showed me the steps on finding the right path for my health. The office is very clean, organized, and friendly staff. For being a first time patient I felt like I was seeing her for like the hundredth time. I am proud of my self for doing the research and standing my ground on finding a new doctor. She is a great fit and I love her.

I saw Dr Bohm for an annual ladies appointment. She was courteous and understood my needs and concerns. There was short wait time between checking in, in the room after check in, etc.
