You might look like you have it all together on the outside - but internally, your mind doesn’t slow down. You overthink, second-guess yourself, and feel overwhelmed trying to keep up with everything. Even when you’re doing “well,” it can still feel exhausting behind the scenes. I specialize in working with high-functioning women navigating anxiety and ADHD. I have extensive experience supporting clients who are used to pushing through, but are starting to realize that what used to work just isn’t sustainable anymore. In our work together, we’ll slow things down and make sense of the patterns that keep you stuck, even when you know what you ‘should’ be doing. We’ll build practical tools that actually work for your brain, so you can feel more grounded, clear, and in control day-to-day. You don’t have to keep pushing through on your own. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in your head, or just tired of managing everything by yourself, we can figure it out together. If this resonates, you can reach out for a free 15-minute consultation or book a session when you’re ready.
