About Sheli Tinkelman
Sheli Tinkelman was born and raised in Pennsylvania and recently moved to New England after working in Michigan for 25 years. She earned her Bachelor's degree from Drexel University in Philadelphia and completed her Master's in Physician Assistant Studies at Wayne State University. Additionally, she holds a Master's in Clinical Nutrition from the University of Minnesota. With 20 years of experience as a Physician Assistant, she has specialized in Dermatology for over 15 years. Sheli is also Board Certified in Functional Medicine and Nutrition. Her work has been published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, and she has lectured at the University of Michigan. Outside of her professional life, Sheli enjoys Pilates, reading, and spending time outdoors.

The office staff was great and got me right in. The provider however, I felt was extremely rude to me and
made me feel horrible. She may be a great provider but our personalities were certainly not a good match. Unfortunately that happens sometimes and I understand that.

It was really a pleasant experience. The doctor and staff were all very personable and professional, The only suggested feedback would be to provide a bit more information as to what I should expect after my appointment.
I did have a few spots on my face frozen and was advised that the spots may swell some, and that each patients body responds differently.
This was my first appt with a Dermatologist and am not sure if the spots that were frozen will fall off, disappear. I did have one item that I need to go back for in 6 weeks.
Yes, I realize I should have asked those questions in the office, but the freezing process was a bit stressful and i didnt think about it until after I left the office.

I’ve had poor experiences with many types of doctors including dermatologists in the past but I finally made the decision to find a dermatologist again and during my appointment with dr. Shelly she was super pleasant and actually cared. Looking forward to figuring my skin out with her and glad I was able find a great, kind, and caring dermatologist.

I liked the online scheduling and early appointments. However it shouldn't allow you to pick the visit type such as "cyst removal" if they are unable to do it at that appointment.

First time going for a total body skin check. The staff were warm and friendly and Sheli Tinkelman PAC was very knowledgable and made me feel at ease.

I like using automated appt software. It was super easy to find/make an appt. The PA I saw was very efficient as well as the med tech. She asked questions, told me what she was doing, and it was super quick. I had what is presumed to be an actinic keratosis removed. Pathology report will be forthcoming for confirmation. I will definitely if I have any other skin issues.

I had a terrific experience at NEDA in concord,nh. The office was clean, staff was friendly and courteous and Dr. Shelly T. was excellent. Great bedside manner. Clear communicator. Just an all around pleasant experience. I would highly recommend.

The provider that I saw, and the LNA in the office with her, were exceptional. The office was very easy to find and was very clean and welcoming. The only area that I would not give 5 stars to is the receptionist was on the rude side, not very friendly at all. Seemed obvious that she didn't want to be there. Granted it was a 6:50 am appointment, but it's not my fault that she chose to work there. She was not friendly with the other patient who came in at the same time. Her unfriendliness will certainly not prevent me from going there again.
