What should a new client know about working with you?

When you work with me, you can expect a calm, supportive space where you’re heard without judgment. I understand that seeking help can feel overwhelming, and I want you to know that our sessions move at your pace. My approach is collaborative — we’ll work together to identify what’s been weighing on you and build a plan that fits your goals, lifestyle, and comfort level. I value honesty and compassion, and I believe progress happens when you feel safe enough to be yourself. Whether we’re managing medications, exploring new coping strategies, or simply processing what’s going on in your life, my goal is to help you feel more grounded, understood, and in control of your mental health journey.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our first session is a comprehensive one-hour appointment where we take time to get to know each other and discuss your history, current challenges, and goals for care. I’ll ask about your experiences with medications, therapy, and life stressors to get a full picture of what’s going on. From there, we’ll work together to create a personalized plan — which may include medication management, therapy support, or a combination of both. I believe in checking in often, making adjustments as needed, and celebrating even the small wins along the way. My goal is to ensure that every step we take feels collaborative, empowering, and aligned with your overall well-being.
