My name is Sherafah and I am a dual board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of healthcare experience, dedicated to providing compassionate, virtual mental healthcare to individuals across the state of Arizona. Committed to helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and other various mental health conditions, I focus on collaborative, patient-centered treatment plans tailored to each individual's unique background using a warm, evidence-based approach that blends supportive therapy with medication management.
In our first session, we will discuss what brought you to me, how it has impacted your daily life, and when it started. Next, we will go over any current or past medications, as well as your medical history, psychiatric history, social history, family history, and lifestyle factors. Then we’d discuss potential treatment plans and draft a collaborative plan.
