What should a new client know about working with you?

New clients can expect a direct, respectful, and compassionate approach. I believe in honest communication and creating a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported without judgment. My goal is to collaborate with you—whether we’re addressing mental health concerns, navigating life transitions, or exploring personal growth. I take time to truly listen and tailor each session to your individual needs. Whether we’re managing medication, setting goals, or processing challenges, I will meet you where you are and work at a pace that feels right for you. I value cultural sensitivity, personal agency, and the belief that healing is not one-size-fits-all. We’ll work together to build a plan that’s realistic, empowering, and grounded in mutual trust.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My process begins with a thorough initial evaluation, where we’ll discuss your current concerns, mental and physical health history, and personal goals. This helps me develop a clear understanding of your needs and create a treatment plan that is individualized and holistic. Depending on your situation, our work together may involve medication management, supportive therapy, lifestyle interventions, and/or life coaching strategies. I approach treatment collaboratively and always take time to explain your options and listen to your input. Follow-up appointments focus on monitoring your progress, adjusting your care plan as needed, and providing ongoing support. I aim to create a safe, respectful space—whether in-person or via telehealth—where you feel empowered and heard. Please note: I do not prescribe stimulant medications. If stimulant treatment is needed, I can assist with referrals or collaborate with other providers as appropriate.
