My practice primarily focuses on co-occurring ADHD and OCD. I work with transitional-age youth and adults who feel overwhelmed by expectations, uncertainty, or the pressure to “figure life out.” Together, we’ll explore what’s getting in the way of feeling like your most authentic self and build the skills and confidence you need to move forward.
My style is collaborative, encouraging, and rooted in evidence-based care. I offer medication management, life coaching, and supportive talk therapy. Many of my clients come to me seeking greater clarity, emotional stability, and practical tools they can use in their daily lives—whether related to school, work, relationships, identity, or adjusting to a new community

Sherie communicated effectively and listened to my needs. During a time where i was struggling to access my medication, she found a pharmacy that was able to provide it. She is kind and responsive via the patient portal. Would recommend!
