I'm Sherieffa Jackson, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care in a supportive and judgment-free environment. I believe every patient deserves to feel heard, understood, and actively involved in their treatment. My goal is to build a collaborative relationship where we work together to develop a personalized treatment plan that aligns with your goals, values, and lifestyle. I evaluate and treat children (ages 6+), adolescents, and adults with a wide range of psychiatric conditions, including ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, OCD, PTSD, insomnia, mood disorders, and other mental health concerns. Whether you are seeking an initial evaluation, medication management, or ongoing support, I strive to provide thoughtful, individualized care based on the latest clinical evidence. My approach goes beyond simply prescribing medication. I take the time to understand the whole person, including your medical history, life experiences, stressors, relationships, and personal strengths. Together, we'll identify the underlying factors contributing to your symptoms and develop a treatment plan that may include medication management, psychotherapy, lifestyle modifications, coping strategies, and coordination with your therapist or primary care provider when appropriate. I understand that reaching out for mental health care can feel overwhelming. My priority is to create a safe, respectful, and welcoming space where you can openly discuss your concerns without fear of judgment.
