Dr. Smith is so fantastic. She’s patient, understanding and kind. Just a pleasure to be seen by her!
The nurses however, definitely need some additional training on bedside manner. I understand how much stress nurses deal with, and appreciate them so much, but minor inconveniences like me asking a follow up question shouldn’t send them flying off the handle.

As a new patient, the intake process at the kiosk was easy and was followed up immediately by the reception staff. The physical environment is upscale and professional, staff is personable, helpful and culturally respectful. My provider is knowledgeable, resourceful, and very detail oriented. I did not feel rushed, I felt heard and supported. I was given as much time as I needed, with my provider asking several times if there was anything else I needed. I appreciate the immediate connection to My patient portal. Signing up was a breeze! I was sent home with an action plan and a follow up date. That makes me feel accountable. Great visit!! I give this office, staff and provider 10 stars!!! And this is from a person that does NOT give reviews!!??

Overall 1st time experience was really good! No wait time, 1 other person in the waiting area and the office was clean. Staff were friendly and professional. Didn’t feel rushed or not listened to. Will definitely return.

Doctor was smug and dismissive because I was late. Was suffering from slightly debilitating pain that morning that prevented me from being on time. Also asked for a referral for an eye doctor. I noted that I wanted to go to a specific optometrist of my choosing and she chuckled and gave me a referral to a doctor of her choosing. I did not feel safe during this appt.
