Sherwin Su, MD is a member of Summit Health’s Orthopedics and Sports Medicine team. Dr. Su is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon with fellowship training in total joint replacement. He sees patients for operative and non-operative management of hip and knee arthritis and has experience and expertise in evaluating general orthopaedic problems and fracture care.
Dr. Su has a special interest in robotic-assisted joint replacement surgery, which he has been performing since 2015, as well as same day (outpatient) joint replacement. In addition, he has advanced training in total hip replacement, total knee replacement, partial knee replacement, revision hip and revision knee replacement, and hip fracture surgery.
Dr. Su is a member of the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons and the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. He has authored and co-authored several articles in peer reviewed publications, including The Journal of Arthroplasty and The Bone and Joint Journal. He has also presented at the Eastern Orthopaedic Association annual meeting.
When not with patients, Dr. Su enjoys cooking, playing tennis, and spending time with friends and family.

Dr. Au was truly wonderful! He listened attentively, took my testimony and concerns seriously, and took the time to make sure I understood everything. Wonderful bedside manner and was so helpful! I really feel one step closer in my recovery.
Office staff was really kind and welcoming. They accommodated me being 10 mins late (make sure you read that the entrance is on a different street!), I was still seen right away. They have a gorgeous lobby/waiting area.

Very happy with my visit today. Didn’t know what I would be walking into bc I have had so many unsuccessful visits at other places I was going with the flow. The Dr is super nice, listens! And has a great bedside manner. I had cyst drained from my knee and it was back off to work. I was afraid as I didn’t get any fair earring, but Dr Su took care of me and I left feeling as good as can be expected. I would / will recommend him to anyone who is in need of his services as well as glady return if need be.
