“I felt very comfortable discussing my issues and was taken seriously over my concerns and what to do about the issue I was having.
The front desk staff was very helpful. I think they were just very busy when I got there since the wait was a bit longer than I expected.
I appreciate that I got follow-ups and call-backs when I had questions and concerns. Both he and the nursing staff were incredibly patient and explained everything thoroughly, making me feel very at ease. I appreciate their care and would easily reccomend them to anyone. ”

Only go to this office if you have amazing insurance and are unemployed. The visit is stretched over 3 separate appointments to increase billing and they only have appointments during the day on weekdays so you will be taking a lot of time off from work. When you arrive at your appointment make sure you say your bladder is full or you will sit in the waiting room for the rest of the morning as you watch people come in and go out from your chair in the waiting room. No one will speak to you. I did receive a call an hour and a half after my appointment time saying they are calling out my name. I had left 45 mins after the appointment time. Bring lots of money for co-payments and lots of free time so your not worried about lost time from work.

Dr Zargaroff was extremely kind and professional. I have anxiety when it comes to seeing doctors and he made the process extremely smooth and comfortable. If I ever have an issue in the future I will definitely return to this office and doctor. Thank you.

I had my appointment during the worldwide internet outage, so there was a wait. However, I was called 30 minutes before my appointment to advise of this issue. This shows how well trained is the office staff. Everyone was nice and friendly, from front desk to nurses. Dr. Zargaroff was very well aware of my medical history and communicated clearly but in a friendly way the course of treatment.

No one wants to see a Urologist with issues, I have to tell you when I left, before I even got to my car I called my fiance and told her how great this guy was. I wanted to go drink beers with him.

Dr. Zargaroff is great. It was my first time to see him and he answered all my questions and appeased my concerns. He was straight forward, and to the point, which made the exam quick and smooth, but also not in a rush, which I liked. He followed up the next day with the review of my ultrasound just like he said he would.
