Dr. Rao was not only very professional, but she was personable and made me feel immediately comfortable and confident in her abilities. Not only did she perform my procedure quickly and painlessly, but at the end of it and our small-talk, it felt more like we were having coffee together or something as opposed to being doctor and patient in a doctor's office.

Great doctor. We were the last appointment for the day and still had a relatively short wait. Staff were polite and efficient. Doctor Rao diagnosed my son's skin condition, gave advice for treating his acne, and prescribed appropriate medications with detailed instructions. She took her time and answered all our questions. Will return to her for any dermatology issues.

I saw Dr. Rao a month ago and the visit was overall good. The appointment felt rushed. I was promised a prescription for my skin but today, one month later, I don’t have it.
The feeling of my rushed appointment is telling me that Dr. Rao simply forgot to send the prescription to my pharmacy.
One month later I’m still dealing with their office trying to get it. It’s getting old and I’m tired.
I won’t go back to see this doctor.

Dr. Rao was ok... She didn't take long checking me. She sent me a cream and injected me local cortisone, which is what all drs do when they don't know the reasons for any disease. I have to go back in two weeks... Let's see what happens. She is friendly though.....
