The appointment felt rushed but it wasn’t anything complicated. The doctor prescribed something from a third party pharmacist, in which I was in contact with. After the third party pharmacy called them, this doctor’s office did not respond so I can finish receiving the injection I needed for an issue I was having. I called the doctor’s office to remind them and spoke with someone at the front desk. I called maybe 5x over a month. Still haven’t received anything.

This was my first visit to any Dr. in quite some time and I found it pleasant and positive. Dr. Berkowitz was great. She listened to me and paid attention to what I was saying and was really great at explaining things. For somebody like me this is very important because when I’m comfortable, it makes all the difference!

There is never any wait when I go and I am in and out of my annual screening within 20 minutes, including the amount of time it takes me to check in, pay my copay, get into the office, undress, have my exam, ask my questions and get dressed and back to my car. AMAZING!
