About Shira Swerdlik
Shira Swerdlik is a licensed physician assistant in the state of New York. She earned her Master's in Physician Assistant Studies from Touro College and University System in New York, after which she received her license to practice as a Physician Assistant in New York. Shira began working in dermatology immediately following her licensure and has gained extensive experience diagnosing and treating a wide range of dermatologic conditions, including but not limited to acne, atopic dermatitis (eczema), psoriasis, vitiligo, rosacea, seborrheic dermatitis (dandruff), and skin cancer detection and treatment. In addition to general dermatology, Shira is passionate about cosmetic dermatology, specializing in laser treatments, Botox injections, and PRP treatments. She is an active listener who provides individualized attention to each patient through counseling, education, and compassionate care.
