I am a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) with experience in providing compassionate, evidence-based care to adult clients. My clinical expertise includes the diagnosis and treatment of mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, and substance use issues. I employ a collaborative approach, working with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that may include medication management, brief psychotherapy, and supportive education. Prior to my advanced practice role, I spent several years as an RN in inpatient Geri-psych facilities, giving me a deep understanding of crisis stabilization and long-term recovery.
