I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with extensive experience diagnosing and managing a wide range of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, mood disorders, concentration issues and OCD. I also have experience in treating complex psychiatric conditions such as bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and schizoaffective disorder.

What is your typical process for working with clients?
Our work together begins with a comprehensive psychiatric
evaluation to get a clear picture of your mental health history,
current challenges, and treatment goals. From there, we’ll create a
personalized treatment plan that may include medication
management, psychotherapy, lifestyle changes, or a blend of
these. Follow-up appointments focus on reviewing progress,
adjusting treatment as needed, and ensuring that you feel safe,
supported, and empowered throughout your care.
