Was looking for wart removal on my finger. Made the appointment the day before. Day of appointment, I was called to ask for reason of the visit and to confirm. They confirmed that I could be seen. Showed up to appointment 20 minutes early, fill out paperwork, was checked in and seen by nurse, waited in room and PA comes in to tell me that they don’t do wart removal. Was sent out the door then called back in almost immediately and told that they do wart removal the PA was new and didn’t know. Asked me to sit back in the room when another physician came in to confirm but told me they were out of the supplies to do it. Then told it would be ordered and available in about a week but I declined on rescheduling since the experience was so uncertain and inconvenient.
