“I had a really great experience with this office and with Shivani Dhir, PA-C. From start to finish, the visit felt thorough, thoughtful, and efficient. I came in with concerns about a chronic scalp issue, and she took the time to really evaluate it and explain what was going on in a way that made sense.
I especially appreciated how clearly everything was explained. I felt like I was given a plan, but also the space to make decisions about what felt right for me. Nothing felt rushed or dismissive, which unfortunately isn’t always the case in healthcare.
The full skin check was also very thorough and reassuring. Shivani addressed all of my questions, including removing a spot that had been bothering me, and made the whole process feel easy and comfortable.
Overall, I felt listened to, taken seriously, and well cared for. I would absolutely recommend Shivani Dhir to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate dermatology provider.”

My first experience was outstanding. The office is immaculate and the staff members were very personable. Great experience. The PA was everything you hope to find but rarely do in most doctor offices. I was treated like a person not just an appointment. She was friendly, fast , and efficient. I arrived a few minutes early for my 1:45 appt and was seen early. I was biopsied and done by 2. But it didn’t feel rushed at all. I said what I had to say and my questions were answered. I feel like I have a dermatology home now.

I actually had a lovely experience! I was nervous at first only because it was my first visit but from check in to check out was amazing! Friendly and amazing administrative staff. The MA was lovely as well ! And when I finally saw Shivani Dhir, PA-C she was amazing! She actively listened to my concerns, went over my history and lifestyle and recommended the best treatment for me! She even took my concerns as a person of color in mind when it comes to my treatment plan. I will be back for my follow up. Thank you Kayal Dermatology :)

I absolutely love Dr. Shivani. She is so sweet and kind, and her bedside manner is excellent. She always makes me feel comfortable and heard when I come to visit. She answers all of my questions and concerns, and is very knowledgeable with great recommendations. All of the staff at Kayal Dermatology are very professional and welcoming.
