About Dr. Shoeb Mohiuddin
Shoeb Mohiuddin, MD, is an interventional pain management physician at Regenerative Pain & Spine. He is dedicated to providing personalized care to patients in Chicago and Crystal Lake, Illinois.
Dr. Mohiuddin was accepted into Saint Louis University's Medical Scholars Program in high school. The program provided early conditional acceptance to college freshmen. Dr. Mohiuddin earned a Bachelor of Arts in biology and economics from Saint Louis University in Missouri, graduating magna cum laude. He then received his medical degree with a distinction in research from Saint Louis University School of Medicine. He completed his anesthesiology residency and pain management fellowship, both at the University of Illinois at Chicago.
Dr. Mohiuddin is board certified in anesthesiology and pain medicine. To stay current with the latest advancements in his field, he holds memberships in the American Society of Regional Anesthesia and Pain Medicine, American Society of Anesthesiologists, and North American Neuromodulation Society. Dr. Mohiuddin is committed to research and has given numerous lectures and presentations throughout his career.
Prior to Regenerative Pain & Spine, Dr. Mohiuddin worked at private practices in Chicago and Aurora, Illinois.

I would not recommend this practice to anyone. The physician was rude and had horrible bedside manner. He then sent his nurse in to communicate for him, had the office manager call me on my phone while I was in the office and he was in the office instead of coming in to talk to me and cancelled my injection while I was there already stating “ I was too nervous to get my injection”. They were horrible and unprofessional and would not recommend to anyone. There is a reason you are able to get in so quickly to see this practice.

Everyone at this practice is really nice, but it was incredibly disorganized. I thought I was scheduling with Dr. Mohiuddin, but I was put with one of his PAs to my surprise upon my arrival. Every appointment was a different PA and they asked me to explain why we were proceeding with a certain care plan. I tried to schedule with the Dr. Mohiuddin but I was unable to. It all really made me anxious so I switched practices.

The office left something to be desired and nothing was actually accomplished on the day of the appointment. I do not know that I feel it would be worth my time to return.

Great first day with Dr. Mo and his team.
From the beginning the experience was thorough and professional. I feel like everyone that works with him is amazing! Dr. Mo also provided a clear and transparent treatment plan for me and it excites me to know i’m doing the right things for my health care.

Very pleasant, seamless experience. Dr. Shoeb was very attentive and empathetic towards my condition and concerns. He answered all of my long, tedious questions to the best of his knowledge, in plain simple English. Will definitely NOT hesitate to make any future appointments with Dr. Shoeb, even request him if possible, and recommend him to everyone!
