What is your typical process for working with clients?
As a healthcare provider, I believe that every patient deserves a comprehensive approach to care that addresses their physical, emotional, and social needs using evidence-based therapies, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT). My treatment philosophy is built on the foundation of evidence-based medicine, incorporating the latest research in medication management and psychotherapy. By working closely with patients and their loved ones, I strive to create an empathetic and trustworthy rapport, calmly and kindly addressing traumatic challenges alongside current mental health concerns.

Excellent first consultation. I asked for a second opinion on my diagnosis mentally which she covered mostly.
A lot of tech issues delayed our appt and cut us off too and I had to connect 3 times with her. She was very nice.
