“I found & booked Dr. Khartri through Zodoc because finding a care specialist through my insurance's web portal was lacking and unintuitive. The booking process was relatively easy here and the abundance of positive feedback Dr Khatri has received on this platform solidified my decision to seek her out for consultation & care. Ruby- the receptionist checked me in with minimal delay, I did have to fill out the same forms I pre-filled in advance through Zocdoc but it wasn't an issue. Vivian, the intake nurse was joy to chit chat as my my vital were noted. Dr. Khatri saw me within a very reasonable time. She was warm, attentive and asked questions regarding my concerns. She showed genuine interest in what I had to say and seemed very confidant in her plan to address my needs. I left very assured and pleased with my visit. I'm looking forward to my follow ups. ”

Dr. Shreya Khatri is a board-certified Family Medicine physician. She is a graduate of Ross University School of Medicine and completed her residency training at Doctors Medical Center, a UC Davis affiliate in Modesto, California.
Dr. Khatri practices full-scope primary care practice which includes caring for patients of all ages from newborns to the elderly. Along with providing preventative care and managing acute and chronic conditions, she specializes in outpatient procedures such as joint injections, immunizations, incision and drainage, breathing treatments, and lipoma /cyst removals. She also specialized in women’s health procedures including intrauterine device placements, Nexplanon insertions, pap smears, and LGBTQ healthcare including hormone replacements.

I was highly disappointed because the secretary couldn't find my appointment until I mentioned I made it through zoc doc, then I waited more than an hour, and in the end never saw the doctor requested. The nurses and alternative doctor I did see were very friendly but the nurse who took my vitals never smiled. If I could find a decent doctor covered by my insurance nearby, I would leave this one in a second.

I don’t typically write reviews for doctors, but I felt it was important to do so this time. I have been searching for a provider for some time because my previous provider would brush off my concerns and make me feel like my worries weren’t valid. I’m happy I searched and found Dr. Khatri! She was so open and validating, made me feel heard and that my thoughts matter. She was very thoughtful with her approach and provided me some guidance for treatment moving forward. Her staff was amazing, friendly, and warm. It’s rare to find a practice with such amazing caring staff, I’m beyond happy I found them!

My previous PCP was someone I had seen for over 2 decades. When I moved to CA, I was worried about building that doctor/patient relationship again, or getting a PCP that didn’t really care as much as my old PCP did.
Within 3 minutes of meeting Dr. Khatri, I felt extremely comfortable, heard, valued as a patient, and had a clear understanding of the next steps. I care about my health, but lately, life has gotten in the way. Dr. Khatri patiently listened to my list of issues I had physically, and then she empathetically listened to my issues I was struggling with mentally. After hearing me out, she asked me questions to better understand my situation, and then offered to refer me to other doctors that could help me in different areas.
Overall, I had a great experience. From start to finish, I was not left uncertain about anything. I didn’t have to wait a long time before seeing the MA and Dr. Before I left, the nurse answered all of my questions thoroughly. I recommend Dr. Kharti.
