Shialla “Shy” Warren is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She graduated from Georgia State University with an associate degree in nursing, then earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from South University. Shy went on to complete a Master of Science in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing at Walden University. During her academic studies, she became a member of The National Society of Leadership and Success, Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing – South University and Walden University Chapters, and the Golden Key International Honour Society. Shialla Warren, APRN, PMHNP-BC, has always had a strong interest in psychiatry and the mental well-being of others throughout her personal and professional life. She began her journey in psychiatry in 2013 and has worked in various areas, including forensics, crisis stabilization, inpatient, detox, and most recently, outpatient psychiatry. Shy enjoys speaking with others and takes a collaborative approach with her patients to develop successful treatment plans that lead to the best outcomes.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
