All of the staff was very friendly and Shyla was very kind, helpful and informative! The appointment did not feel rushed like I have experienced at other doctor's offices in the past, despite being pretty busy, and the office seems to be very organized. There is a bit of a wait time, so I would not suggest going when you are on a time constraint. Overall I had a really good experience at this office and with Shyla :)

Upon arrival, the administrator informed me that there was no delay. However, despite having a 10:45 appointment, I was not called into the room until 11:25, and the provider did not enter the room until 11:45.
I asked multiple times about the reason for the delays. I was told that they had many other patients and that there were multiple “double bookings,” which they stated were coming from Zocdoc. They also indicated that the delays were not their fault.

I was very pleased with my appointment with Shyla Kissoon, PA. The conversation preceding the exam was thorough and comprehensive. She interacts with a kind and respectful manner. Additionally, the office personnel was likewise friendly and welcoming.

They move very slow. 2/10 wouldn’t recommend. This office is good for someone who is retired and have time to chat to the receptionist. was told they are running behind schedule but in evidence there were no other patients. Took 2hours to get a physical. Unacceptable ! ?It’s 2025 things move a lot smoother with all the advance technology.

Shyla was great - made me feel very comfortable! And I get very nervous around doctors - I usually have a terrible time especially because I am an overweight woman but they truly listened to me and were very nice.
Zocdoc is wrong about their full offerings though - I went for an annual gyno check up, but Zocdoc is wrong. They do PAP smears, but you’ll have to pay your copay because they’re not a gyno and insurance companies are evil! No fault to the office at all lol.
