About Dr. Sidney Cruz
Dr. Cruz holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology with a minor in psychology from Texas Women’s University and a doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from Bastyr University.
After graduating, she worked with two OB-GYNs where she received further training in women’s health, hormone therapy and cardiovascular diseases. She also specializes in gastrointestinal disease, thyroid disorders, diabetes care, and nutritional IV therapy. As a Naturopathic Physician Dr. Cruz strives to provide focused care and services centered around healing from the ground up, ensuring patients walk away with knowledge and healthy habits for everyday living.

I was super nervous seeing a new doctor because I've had so many poor experiences but my experience with Dr Cruz was so much better than I could have anticipated. It was obvious she really cares about what she does and cares about her patients. I left feeling validated, like I will get the care I've needed this whole time, and looking forward to our next appt as opposed to intense anxiety about having a doctor appointment !
