Stability, healing, and growth take time, and I’m here to walk alongside you every step of the way.
I also take a holistic view of mental health, which means we may explore not only medications, but also lifestyle, therapy, and coping strategies that support long-term stability and wellness
What is your typical process for working with clients?
I begin with a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, where we explore your history, symptoms, and goals for care. This allows me to develop a clear understanding of your needs and determine the most appropriate diagnosis and treatment plan.
From there, we collaborate on a personalized treatment plan, which may include medication management, therapy referrals, lifestyle recommendations, or supportive strategies. I believe in shared decision-making, so you’ll always have a voice in your care.
Follow-up appointments focus on monitoring progress, adjusting treatment as needed, and ensuring you're feeling supported. I also provide education along the way, so you can feel empowered in managing your mental health. My ultimate goal is to help you move toward greater stability, clarity, and emotional well-being

No word from NP Sidonie on/b4 original appt.
I Googled the practice phone# (JJD Light Care), she picked up quickly. We re-scheded & she sent me some forms (not on ZocDoc, they were on Headway). I cancelled our resched due to cost shown on forms.
Day of canceled appt, her assistant calls, apologizes for the missed ZocDoc appt, & seeks to resched. I let him know I reached her, rescheded, then cancelled due to cost. He says the appt is free! I told him the cost I saw, which he acknowledged seeing. He kept doubling down that I do not need to pay that. I asked several questions, he kept reassuring me it is free. I said yes to re-rescheduling.
NP Sidonie was cool during the session.
<10 min after session, assistant calls to sched a follow-up. I ask about cost & he says it will be free. I ask him to email me that. He tries to get me to sched the follow-up right then. I double down & he says sure. He emails me follow-up timeslots, no cost info in sight.
My payment method got charged.

The provider listened to my medical history and encouraged me to add details that I felt were important. I did not feel that I was oversharing or wasting her time. She asked me pointed questions about my life experiences and medical history.
