About Sima Al Safadi

Sima has always been interested in nutrition. After graduating with an associate degree in Food Science from France, she decided to pursue her dietetics degree at the University of Illinois Chicago, where she earned a Bachelor's in Nutrition. She also completed an internship in Dietetics at Marywood University. She has been a Registered Dietitian since 2018. After working with clients one-on-one, she discovered that many struggled with their relationship with food and body image. Wanting to provide better care, she became an intuitive eating counselor. With her dietetics degree and intuitive eating counselor skills, she is able to help her clients make their health goals easier to achieve while still taking care of their relationship with food.
