In our first visit you will meet a warm, approachable clinician who listens first. We will talk through your symptoms, history, and goals, review what has and has not helped, then discuss options like therapy, medication, or both so we can choose a plan together and adjust it over time.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
Reaching out takes courage, and you do not have to do it alone. I am currently accepting new adult patients, with appointments available within the week.
