“Checking in at the front desk was easy. They were able to find my appointment and directed me to wait. The waiting room was nice and clean, with plugs at every seat. I was not kept waiting long before I was called by the nurse. She set me up in a room then recorded my vitals. Dr. Simone appeared and was calm and knowledgeable and talked me through my issues. Overall, I had a good visit and I think I got what I needed, but this was my first time and my issue requires monitoring. So, I will be following up with them as I progress.”

Doctor never showed up & the office personnel informed me that they don’t know when she will be in the office so I can either rebook or leave. Very unpleasant experience where seems like very you g kids work & they don’t take their job seriously.

Had a great visit today. The doctor was professional, attentive, and took the time to actually listen to my concerns. Everything was explained clearly, and I never felt rushed. The staff was friendly and the overall experience was smooth and reassuring. Definitely a positive visit.
