“I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Simran Bains. I went in with a very painful ingrown toenail, and from the moment I arrived, I felt I was in excellent hands.
Dr. Bains was knowledgeable, caring, and incredibly patient. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I was as comfortable as possible throughout the visit. Her compassionate bedside manner immediately put me at ease during what could have been a very stressful appointment.
I also want to recognize her staff, who were just as wonderful. They were friendly, caring, and very knowledgeable about my insurance, making the entire process smooth and stress-free from check-in to check-out.

About Dr. Simran Bains
Dr. Bains was born and raised in New Jersey. She completed her undergraduate studies at Lafayette College in Easton PA, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree. During her time there, she competed as a Track & Field athlete. Through her personal experience as a long distance runner, she strongly believes in the importance of custom orthotics, seeking immediate treatment for various foot injuries, and routine foot care, which inspired her to pursue a career in podiatry.
She then went on to attend the New York College of Podiatric Medicine in New York City, followed by a three year residency training in Foot and Ankle Surgery at the VA New York Harbor Health Care System in New York city.
During her medical training, she was exposed to a wide range of conditions including diabetic wound care, skin and nail issues, bunions and calluses, as well as foot and ankle pain. While working in NYC, she had the opportunity to work with patients of several different backgrounds and circumstances. She believes in approaching symptoms with a teamwork approach that emphasizes easy communication between doctor and patient, as well as compassion and patience.
In her free time, Dr. Bains enjoys being outdoors, traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Receptionist was very polite. She was very knowledgeable about the steps needed to verify my insurance . The doctor saw me immediately and was very helpful in determining the problem with my mom’s foot and why she was experiencing pain. I am not a huge fan of doctors in genreal but I have to say I liked her. She wasnt jumpy to do what most want to do to make money but did a simple treatment plan id say we could call it and see if my issues gets better or worse. She took her time and wasnt rushing it which I liked and was just overall a smooth and easy visit.

Dr. Bain was very good at diagnosing my problem and then dealing with the issue. She also gave me a follow-up call to see how I was doing. She was considerate and careful to see to it that I had minimal pain as she was working on me. I recommend her highly.
The office could use an upgrade. It's quite small. The restroom is outside in the hallway and requires a key.
