Drove 45 mins to get to the office. Sat and waited for 25 minutes (until 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment time). Called their phone number only to be told they no longer use Zocdoc. The scheduler on the phone blamed me for the situation because "you should have seen on our website that we don't use Zocdoc".
I guess it's easier to make potential clients waste hours of their day and make them feel stupid than to just disable your Zocdoc profile.
