This may be the worst doctor’s visit I’ve ever had. I was there for 3 hours and they forgot about me 3 times. My appointment finished an hour after the practice closed. I was the only one left and they had me sitting in a room for over an hour until I got up to find someone. Absolutely horrible. I don’t even have the energy to type it all. I never leave reviews but I felt compelled to leave one for this. Don’t waste your time. Find another doctor.

She barely even made eye contact. Just confirmed that I wanted blood test. No bedside manner, treated like a number not a human.

I honestly felt extremely overwhelmed by the whole experience. The office was busy so I had a long wait in between doctor and nurse. When the doctor came she kinda sped through everything leaving me confused and overwhelmed granted I didn’t say anything but it also was so much to take in. She was polite and so was everyone else but as a 24 year old girl who is unaware of health stuff I had a “I need my parents moment.” No one told me I had to go to the front for the blood testing which led to me waiting for 30 mins. I ended up not getting it because by then I was there for 2 hours and had been fasting for the tests I had no control of my emotions and couldn’t stop crying. Overall I’m going to find a new primary doctor where I feel more prioritized.

Unfortunately every time I come to this office it is an extremely negative experience. The providers get my information wrong, have zero bedside manner, the people that draw blood are very bad at it, and I don’t get my results for weeks. I will be finding a new primary care office and caution anyone against going here. They are clearly trying to expand and make money and dont care about providing care or showing empathy.

Don’t go here. This felt less like a doctor’s visit and more like going to the mechanic. As soon as they found out I was paying out of pocket because I’d already used my annual physical that my insurance provides, they tried to sell me every test. Did not explain why I needed those tests or a second blood work panel in 6 months. I had to deny tests multiple times. Then she said, because my deductible is so low, these tests would end up being really cheap for me, rather than explaining why I need them. It felt like a total scam. I don’t think I’ve ever had such a shady experience going to the doctor before.

I'm visiting for a month and needed to see a doctor immediately due to a muscle strain running. I got in the next day and total time was maybe 30 minutes. I like that!

confirming my appt 2 days prior, I arrived early for my appointment, checked in with the front desk where they took down my insurance and information, then proceeded to wait FOURTY minutes before the front desk told me that my doctor actually wasn't in today. Their only solution was for me to "grab a bite to eat and come back 3 hours later" (verbatim from the unhelpful front desk admin). I am flabbergasted at how unprofessional this practice is. Don't go here.
