About Dr. Snow Trinh Nguyen
Dr. Snow Trinh Nguyen was born and raised in southern California from Vietnamese immigrant parents. She double majored in Physiological Science and Neurological Science at University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA), followed by a Masters of Science in Biology with Neuroscience Concentration at CSULA. She obtained her Doctorate of Medicine at St. George’s University School of Medicine and completed her medical school training in the Brooklyn and Queens hospitals in New York City. After finishing her Internal Medicine Residency as well as being selected as Chief Medical Resident at Brookdale University Hospital and Medical Center, she subsequently was recruited as Assistant Program Director to build a new Ambulatory Teaching Practice with development of the ambulatory medicine curriculum. She was also appointed Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine at New York Medical School. Dr. Snow subsequently completed her Gastroenterology & Hepatology Fellowship training at State University of New York at Downstate Health Sciences University in Brooklyn, NY, where she was also selected as Chief Fellow.
Dr. Snow joined Elmhurst Digestive & Liver Diseases as well as NYU Langone Health, to help train the future generations of NYU gastroenterology & hepatology fellows.
Dr. Snow is passionate about community level care through partnering with patients and health care providers to deliver high quality and effective care, as well as preventing colorectal cancer
