What is your typical process for working with clients?
My sessions are collaborative, supportive, and tailored to your individual needs. During the initial visit (45min-1hr), I complete a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, reviewing symptoms, history, current stressors, and treatment goals. We work together to clarify concerns and develop an individualized plan.
Follow-up sessions (30min) include symptom check-ins, medication management when indicated, and supportive therapy. My goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered in your care.
